When will I get my order?

My store runs on a pre order basis, meaning I will not receive the product for a couple months after the store closes. The goal is to begin shipping in May or June. If this timeline changes, an email will be sent to notify all customers of the changes.

Why does the cost increase in my cart and at checkout?

Since I live in Canada, all orders are processed in Canadian Dollar (CAD). My site has the option to switch currencies, so if you switch to another currency that uses the $ symbol like USD, AUD, etc, it may look like the price changes at times. Your price doesn't increase or decrease, it's just being converted back to CAD at checkout.

What do I do if you don't ship to my Country?

Since I am planning to package and ship orders personally, I can not ship to every country in the world without researching the shipping laws in said country first. This means my possible shipping locations are unfortunately limited. However, I highly encourage you to contact me at support@cherrifire.art if you would like your country added to my list!

How much does shipping cost?

My goal is to make online orders fair to everyone no matter where you live. Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items in your order. The less your order weighs, the less you pay. But no matter where you live in the world (With the exception of Canada), the cost for shipping will be the same. It will be the same price shipped to Australia as it would be sent to USA.

For Canadians, Shipping price is reduced. HOWEVER, I am required to charge Canadians a sales tax depending on which province you reside in. This means the price will likely balance out for most customers.

To offer full transparency, here is a breakdown of how much shipping will cost Internationally:

  • 0kg - 0.5kg = $18 CAD
  • 0.5kg - 1kg = $23 CAD
  • 1kg+ = $28 CAD

Shipping cost Nationally (Canada):

  • 0kg - 0.5kg = $14 CAD
  • 0.5kg - 1kg = $17 CAD
  • 1kg+ = $20 CAD

For reference:
- The charm bundle (5 charms) is about 0.2kg
- The stationary bundle is about 0.6kg
- The everything bagel is about 0.9kg

I need to change my shipping address, how do I get it fixed?

Contact us asap with the correct information so we can change your order address on our system. If your order has already been sent, you will need to either pay for a secondary amount of shipping or choose to cancel your order.

Why did I receive a customs charge on my order?

I try to ensure all orders go through country customs without a hitch, but sometimes problems arise. Any additional changes are unfortunately out of my hands. I am not able to offer compensation for any charges that come from customs.

Can I combine orders?

We are unfortunately unable to combine multiple orders.

Though, it is possible for us to add to an existing order. If you would like to add one or two small items, you may contact us with your original order number and what you would like to add. You will receive an invoice. The amount will be discounted if the added item(s) qualify for a bundle. We'll try to help as fast as we can.
